MeditationSo life is hard…so what?! It is hard for everyone, we each feel our misfortunes as being the greatest misfortunes. Greater than anyone else’s. We each have our own cross to bear, but we also have our own strengths and talents that we were blessed with. If we stop for a few moments each day and think of all our realizations and all our gains (whether professional, financial or personal), we would have more confidence in our own power to reach the goals we have set for that day. Remember today – and each day of the week - to stop for a minute, 5 minutes or even half an hour – if that is what it takes to help you let go of all negativity – and meditate over your life and what you are actually capable of….Remember: IF YOU DID IT BEFORE, YOU CAN DO IT AGAIN!!!
